Loved this space conserving, humorous desk by Torafu Architects. There are little windows that you can turn to either close your space off or allow light to pass in while you work. The desk area is the perfect amount of space to pass out on like you used to in elementary school. (You know exactly what I’m talking about, it’s after lunch, teacher decides to show the slowest science video on gravity and you doze off.) Above the desk is an area to put your cup of coffee so you don’t spill all over your papers! How perfect!

Here we have a beautiful mechanical pencil by Craft Design. I don’t know why but I just prefer mechanical pencils to pens. I think it’s because I like knowing you can use it for everything (quick sketches, drafting, etc.)

Next up, the Braun watch by Dieter Rams. Black leather band, big, bold, and simple face design. What more could you want?

Let’s start with some products tonight. First up, Delfonics roll case. BEAUTIFUL. I really need one. One of the problems I have with my case is my Xacto knife. I always carry it with me and because it’s been my trusty one since day 1 of 2D design, I can’t part with it. Problem is, because it’s so old, the cap slips off and the knife is sometimes exposed when I open my pencil case. Ouch! So, this would be perfect at keeping it in tact. This would also apply to loose pen caps as well. So smart.

Marimekko has an “E-Mook” out where you get a tote and pencil case with purchase for $29. Highly recommended! So cuteeeeeee! Available at Crate & Barrel or online.
